Directions:
Add 5-10 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
For massage, add 2 drops to 20 ml carrier oil.
Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to diffuser.
Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.

Note: Because of the very high menthol content of this oil, it may crystalize. If so, we would recommend placing the bottle in a very hot water bath, and changing the water frequently until it is back to its liquid state, then gently agitate before use.
Precautions: Dilute very well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight; best kept in a cool, dark location for maximum shelf life.
