Why don’t you offer free shipping?

We get it, free shipping sounds great but is there really such a thing? All costs need to be absorbed somewhere and this usually translates into higher product prices for the consumer. If someone offers "free" shipping that means they most likely could have sold you the product cheaper.

Since all of our products and handmade with love in small batches, that means that the time and resources going into the products is more expensive than the mass producers.


I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

For delivery orders, the normal processing time is 5-7 days. For orders being shipped, this depends on your location. When we have mailed your package, you will be provided a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive!


I need my order ASAP! How fast can I get my Order?!

An option for faster delivery (Edmonton and Area) is to email/call us directly with your order (granted we have all the items in stock) and pay by etransfer rather than credit card. This will decrease the processing time and we can deliver within 1-2 days.

For shipments outside of Edmonton and Area, you can do the same (i.e., etransfer), however you will still need to wait the regular shipping time. This will decrease the processing time significantly as we can ship your product within 1-2 days of purchase.

Please note that orders are processed and prioritized by date placed and by shipment method. We ask that you please place your order well in advance, leaving yourself room for unforeseen delays in shipping, processing, and stock availability. We are not able to make any claims or guarantees regarding shipping times.

You may always leave us an order comment with any special instructions or requests. We always do our best to accommodate!


I forgot an item, can I change my order once I’ve place it?

Unfortunately, once the order has been submitted, it can not be changed. However, you can always contact us if you would like to swap something out (for equal value) or want to add additional items. If you want to add additional items to your order, you can etransfer us the additional cost to thewholesomehoneypot@gmail.com to ensure that we can add them to your order on time without increasing processing time!


I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please always carefully look through your order details before finalizing: Including Billing, Shipping, and Products (size/qty)

  • Please call or email us immediately so that we can update your address!

  • For delivery orders, if you have not changed your address by the time it is delivered, we will not be able to refund the purchase, so please double check your information!


Invoices

In efforts of reducing our paper waste, we now offer copies of all transactions via email You will always receive tracking, invoices, and updates via email. If you can not find the email, please check your spam. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will resend it!
