  • How can I place an order?
    Online: Our online store is open 24hrs/day and provides accurate availability, pricing, and shipping options as well as the ability to finalize and pay via credit card. However, using a credit card means that the processing time is longer than by etransfer so please plan accordingly. *Phone: If you are not able to place an order through our web-store for any reason, feel free to call in with an order! Please have a prepared list of the Name, Size, and Qty of product you want to order. You must also have your CC info ready for processing via phone. *Email and Social Media Direct Messaging: You may also provide us an order via email/DM. Please list each item/size/qty clearly. You must provide your payment method via email or phone within 24hrs or order placement. Etransfer is the quickest way to receive your products as it cuts down the processing time compared to CC payments. *Please note: Orders placed via Phone and Email may require 1-2 processing days as we need to make sure we have the items in stock if their are order placed ahead of yours. Delays can be expected if product are not in stock.
  • Do you offer giveaways?
    Yes, we do offer giveaways through our Instagram account! You can like our page to stay up to date with product updates, giveaways, and other things that make us us!
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, however by creating a simple login, you will be able to access your order history and expedite the online checkout using your predetermined billing and shipping information. Be careful to enter your shipping address correctly as to avoid delays.
  • What are the expiration dates for your products?
    All our products are sourced as fresh as possible and usually from the latest harvest for wildcrafted ingredients. As our products do not contain any preservatives, we add as little ingredients that may case the products to go bad as possible (i.e., water). For our oil based products, we ensure that there is vitamin E or other antioxidants added to them to decrease the chance of oxidation and rancidity from occurring. However, since our products are in fact all natural, we offer them in smaller sized to ensure you are always getting a fresh batch and it won’t go bad before you are done with it!
  • Do you accept returns?
    For health reasons, we do not accept any returns on our products.
  • I contacted you via email/phone, when should I expect a response?
    We aim to respond to all inquires within 24-48 hours. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
